The location is super close to the airport. I was kinda surprised to find staff who spoke russian, a nice touch . The fitness center and sauna were fantastic.

Originally, the wishes stated: one double bed... There were two small beds when they settled in. At the request - to change the room based on previously indicated wishes, asked to come in the evening to the reception. The evening employee, a young man in a boorish tone, said that there were no rooms available and that they would never guarantee that the guests' wishes would be fulfilled... That they don't solve problems at the reception, they just register guests, there's no evening cleaner, no one can bring a mattress. And he can't help either... It's the first time I've ever met someone like this in a good, overall 4* hotel... A little flaw has ruined the impression of service in a hotel of post-Soviet modernism.

Comfortable lounge areas enhance relaxation .

During my visit, I experienced several frustrations. The air conditioning worked fine, but the room lacked windows, leaving it stuffy at times. I was disappointed to find there was no possibility to enjoy a fresh breeze. Trying to get a drink at the lobby bar was challenging as the service was slow and the young staff seemed overwhelmed. I waited far too long for a simple beer, and when the order was finally settled, the mishap left a bad impression.

The location is superb, just a short walk from the airport. The surrounding area features a lovely terrace with panoramic views over Lake Ülemiste. The staff was helpful!

Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent.

Everything is great! It's 15-20 minutes by transport to the center. To stop the tram-5 min (entrance to the airport), bus 3 min. taxi 8 euros to the center. Breakfast is decent. All clean. With benevolence, everything is in order. There are no problems with communication in Russian! Nearby shopping center with food court for all tastes and supermarket. Flew off early, so I chose this hotel. Internet's fine. Several Russian TV channels. Shower in the floor, but water drains, bathroom floor dry, everything is done correctly.

The room window does not open. Half of the panoramic window in the floor. That's the policy.) Ventilation's good. Some kind of box like air conditioning is installed, for some reason horizontally Everything works. I do not like hotels where the windows do not open, but in this case everything was comfortable. No slippers in the room.

The room was modern, stylish and included a well-stocked mini bar and a carpet. The packed breakfast offered a huge variety of dishes. The venue's position was remote. The service was nice, it had an average a la carte restaurant. Everyone we met from the staff was unobtrusive.

Excellent location for us, because we came by car and were heading to Tartu next morning. Clean and comfortable. Food in Fuente grill terrace restaurant was very good

We booked Triple room, because usually Triple room is for small travelling groups and has 3 single beds. But actually here it was Double room with extra bed (at least when booked from Booked.net). If you plan to stay more than one night, two Double rooms might be better idea.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the largest shopping mall in Estonia and the towncenter of Tallinn. It also was next to a huge shopping center. Service-oriented and genuinely helpful staff who were always there to help.

The hotel boasts a lovely location just minutes from the airport. The staff is notably helpful, and the restaurant offers good meals. While the shower could use an update, overall, the decor feels modern and inviting.

Close to the airport for a late arival

Restaurant closes at 10 pm, bar closes at 11pm, and no food or snacks at all available after 10pm. Bar did not even have crisps, nuts etc. No room service. This is not good from an airport hotel.
